Located in the annex - a 5 min walk from Dupont station for a 10min walk from Bathurst Station. It’s a quiet, safe neighbourhood. The room is small and can be furnished or unfurnished, I have a spare twin mattress with a daybed trundle if needed. There is coin operated laundry on site.

I consider myself to be a chill and down to earth person and live here with my two cats Luna and Sabrina. They are extremely cuddly and affectionate so if you are not a cat person it will not be a good fit. I am very much into health and wellness, lifting, music (I’m a musician, would be a bonus if you are too - or an artist of some kind!), meditation, fantasy, psychedelic therapy , puzzles and comedy to name a few. I can be quiet/introverted and chill but I can also be silly and weird it just depends on the vibe. I am tidy, respectful and a great communicator. Looking for someone who is the same.
