Hi, my name is Michele. I am a 50-year old professional looking for a roommate to share my beautiful, downtown home in the coveted west end Dufferin Grove neighbourhood. My home has two decks, including a giant rooftop deck with comfy couches and CN Tower views, a chef’s kitchen with high end appliances, including a Sub fridge, Wolf stove, Miele dishwasher and laundry machines as well as backyard access. It is a less than 5-minute walk to the subway. About a 10-minute walk to the UP airport express and within walking distance of many of the city’s best restaurants, bars, vintage shopping as well as galleries and the other hottest downtown neighbourhoods. My roommate will live in a fully furnished, private bedroom and have a private bathroom. It boasts marble walls, a new bathtub and shower and heated floors. The monthly rent is $1450 USD ($2000 CAD) all inclusive of utilities, WIFI, TV streaming, linens, even some toiletries and food. The room is available Nov. 3.

HI, I’m the owner of the property and the only one who lives in the two bedroom, two bathroom unit. That’s why I’m looking for a roommate. I’m friendly, outgoing, very clean and fun. But I also have a tendency to keep to myself and live a quiet life. I am a fitness addict who loves to run, box, HiiT, climb and do anything physical. I also have a passion for design, art, fashion and, unfortunately very expensive high-end furniture. Every piece in my home is real - meaning, the purple “Orange Slice” chair you’ll be snuggled up into was actually made in the 1970s by designer Pierre Pauline and the Saarinen table in the kitchen, where you’ll eat and have dinner parties, is authentic. I imported it from Italy. Also, I love to cook, so there will always be lots of food around.
