THE HOME The apartment has only two bedrooms, so the bathroom is shared with one person and nobody else. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge, and a washer and dryer inside the apartment.
THE BUILDING Swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gym and concierge. Steps from Gastown, the Financial District and Pacific Centre, with Waterfront SkyTrain Station a short walk away - the whole city is easy from here.
COSTS $1,500/month, no cleaning fee. Internet and water included. BC Hydro is shared between the two of you. One-time move-in fee of $200. Optional parking and storage available.
