Looking for a working professional preferably female to rent a home in SW Calgary. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. The home is walking distance to fish creek park, it is newly renovated and has plenty of parking and a large backyard. The rent is $2750 without utilities. You would be contributing $1200 to include the rent and utilities.
