I’m looking to fill one room in a house that one of my roommates is moving out from. I have been renting this house for around a year and a half now. The gentlemen moving out is a good guy who is leaving on good terms to live with his friend and my remaining roommate and myself are sad to see them have to go.

This leaves one room open come September 1st (Oct 28th at earliest). It is a large bedroom in the basement with full house access.

This room is priced at $700. Utilities are expected to be in the range of $80 - $120 at most on the worst months and that is with 4 adults in the house. All utilities are included in this such as internet.

What you will get in this household: Is a safe place to keep your stuff and sleep. All personal doors have locks and anyone moving in is expected to uphold a high standard of ethics. Any conflicts will be handled swiftly through me if roommates are unable to reach a conclusion themselves.

A bit about myself is that i’m a 29 year old male. I work as an aircraft maintenance engineer and work rotational shifts, however am currently injured and on WCB for the next few months. While I mostly keep to myself and play video games or watch shows in my room, some of my other active hobbies are recreational shooting and riding my motorbike around for day trips with my friends. I am also an active member of the reserves.
