Looking for a clean, mature and respectful roommate to share a beautiful upper-floor apartment at Oxford St. E.

I’m a 36-year-old working professional looking for another working professional or mature/upper-year college or university student.

The apartment has lots of character, including vaulted ceilings, large windows, hardwood floors and plenty of natural light. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment, giving us both plenty of privacy and personal space.

The room: • $823/month • Private bedroom • Furnished common areas • Shared bathroom • Separate entrance • Parking space available • Gas & water included • Hydro & internet split between us • Laundry mat conveniently located down the street

You would just need to bring your own bed, mattress and bedding for your room, along with anything else you’d like to use to make the space your own.

This would be a good fit for someone who wants a quiet, clean and comfortable home rather than a party house. I’m looking for someone respectful, responsible and easy to live with.
