I’m currently looking for 👨🏻‍💼a male roommate to move into a fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom laneway house.

Honestly, the location is hard to beat. You’re close to pretty much everything you need, with transit, affordable grocery stores, restaurants, coffee, banks, shopping, and the gym all within a few minutes of the house.

I’m a working professional and occasionally have business meetings from home in the evenings. I’m pretty easygoing, social, responsible, and easy to talk to.

Outside of work, I like to travel, hit the gym, snowboarding, cook, read, work out, travel, explore the city, try different restaurants, go camping and fishing, and check out different events around the city. I also enjoy gaming — if anyone has a gaming system, I’m always down for a game 😂. I listen to a lot of Latino music, and I’m always up for trying something new or finding something fun to do.

⚠️I do really value having a clean house, kitchen and bathroom. I used to be a chef, so I definitely appreciate a clean kitchen 😂. And I’m not OCD or anal about it, I just think everyone appreciates having a clean and comfortable common space, and keeping things clean is simply a matter of respect for the people you live with.

I’m open-minded, optimistic, funny, direct and sometimes pretty blunt, but I also wear my heart on my sleeve. I treat people with respect and expect the same in return. Honesty, respect and good communication are important to me. I am sometimes a nudist (coming out the shower to bedroom type of thing if that does t bother you)

Overall, I’m looking for someone who wants a comfortable, clean, relaxed and positive place to call home not just somewhere to sleep.
