We offer a few rooms in a great quasi new condo with 2 big bathrooms, just 8 minutes walk form Vendome metro (or 3 minutes by bus). We’re close to metro but also just 2km West from Downtown Montreal - better somehow than Downtown as no homeless and delinquents. Our cheapest room that was 600 (room only, no furnishing no charges), slightly bigger rooms with increments of 50$. We have available right now our best room with a terrazzo (not balcony, terrazzo is much bigger) of 2x4 meters, 749$/month/room. These are monthly prices for long term renting, shorter terms (min 31 days) are possible but not with the same price. Pls contact with your date you want to move in, how many months/years and a few words about you. Charges and furnishing to be discuss upon visit.
