• Entire private basement suite (both bedrooms): $1350 per month Separate entrance with keyless entry, a bright kitchen with a glass-top stove and fridge/freezer, same-level laundry, air conditioning and egress windows. There’s ample street parking and a large, fully fenced yard with a fire pit. Located about seven minutes from West Edmonton Mall, with nearby transit, shops, services, parks and access to the river valley. House expectations: No smoking, vaping or drugs. Please respect regular quiet hours and maintain tenant insurance. A credit check and security screening will be requested.
