Room for Rent – Kirkness, NE Edmonton | $700 Utilities Included | Oct. 1

My current roommate is moving in with their work colleagues, so I’m looking for someone to rent the room starting October 1.

🏡 Larger, modern multi-storey townhouse/fourplex in Kirkness with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Please note there are lots of stairs throughout the home. 💰 $700/month, utilities included 🔐 $700 damage deposit 🚿 Bathroom shared with one other roommate 🛏️ Unfurnished larger bedroom with a nice mirrored closet 🚗 Off-street parking available directly in front of the unit 👤 Single occupancy preferred

🐾 Since there are already two toy-sized senior dogs in the home, we cannot have any additional dogs, and unfortunately no cats. Other types of pets may be considered.

🧻 Shared household costs: We split the cost of common household items used by everyone, such as toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning supplies. These are separate from rent and divided between the household as needed.

Looking for someone who is employed/has stable income, respectful, responsible and tidy. You should be able to independently keep up with your share of household chores and maintain shared spaces to a clean standard without needing reminders.

Looking for a minimum 6-month commitment, but ideally someone interested in staying through May or June 2027.

A little about the household: I’m 37, female, and a doggo mama. 🐾 I sing, love karaoke, and work from home for a marketing agency. I have two toy-sized senior dogs who also call the house home.

There is also a quiet 22-year-old roommate who may be returning to their home country in the near future.
