Bright, Comfortable Room in Quiet Guelph Home – Female Tenant Preferred

I have a comfortable room available in my clean, quiet and welcoming home in Guelph, in a convenient location close to public transportation and about one block from a bus stop.

The room is best suited for a clean, respectful, responsible and reliable female tenant who is looking for a comfortable place to call home while studying or working.

You would be sharing the home with one female graduate/student tenant. The bathroom is shared with one other female tenant.

What I’m looking for:

• Female tenant preferred
• Clean, respectful and considerate
• Reliable with rent and household responsibilities
• Quiet lifestyle — this is not a party house
• No pets
• Someone who appreciates a clean and peaceful home
• Ideally someone who is working, studying or otherwise out during the day
• Preferably looking for a 4–8 month lease or longer, as stability is important to me

Rent: $850/month, utilities included.

Parking: A parking space may be available for an additional monthly fee if needed.
