Single occupancy private bedroom available October 15th in a 2 bedroom + den townhouse. Property is shared with just myself (leaseholder) and my two cats. No deposit is required. Bedroom is not furnished. Amenities include:

Rent, internet, and utilities are split 50/50. Internet is included in the rent price. Utilities can add between $90-$180/month per person on top of the rent (the higher range being in the winter), meaning you must be able to afford up to $1010/month during the colder months. Location is safe, quiet, and peaceful, yet convenient with just a 10 minute walk to downtown and two minutes to the closest bus stop. The Otonabee river and walking trails are very close by. The neighbours are friendly, and property management is phenomenal. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly.

I’m a queer, non-binary ambivert in my late 20s looking for someone who’s on the quieter side. I’m generally clean and like my environment being free of clutter, but I’m flexible and understand a shared space is going to look lived in. I do a lot of volunteering and am passionate about social issues. Hoping to find a similar minded person.
