Big unfurnished attic bedroom with a connected office space available for sublet 1000$/month all included (except wifi which is 21$/month) from oct-april

Comes with an ensuite bathroom, private patio, and a large walk in closet.

Shared kitchen with two lovely roommates. Sorry the cats will be coming to live with me. Unit is pet friendly though.

Available for move in on Oct 1st if interested please message me. I will get you to fill out a short survey then we can set up tour times.

Ten minute walk to the 99 bus stop and farmers market. Twenty minutes to the university of Guelph Several cafes, restaurants, delis are nearby

About the roomies

Both roommates are on the lower floor. Upper year students at the university who are both queer (so must be queer friendly). They love to hangout and play on the switch and are always looking for someone to join.

They are smokers but only outside.
