Room is in Deer Run Southeast Calgary. (Address auto populated to SW for some reason, sorry) Onto the rental. First I have a cat who runs the house. She is friendly and loveable but anyone coming in must be ok showering her with some treats and catering to the princess herself 🤣🤣🐱🐱 Now about the room, it can be furnished or not. House is a 2 bed 1 bath town home. All utilities and internet are included in the price. Smoking outside is ok, inside is a no go. Parking is street parking however can look at getting a stall for another small fee if required. ( Street parking always is open though) Home is two blocks away from the beautiful Fish Creek Park. Quiet friendly community with all essentials a 2 minute drive away. There is a bus stop just down the road too.

I am a 36 year old female. I keep fairly quiet and do my own things. Wide variety of interests from travel to puzzles to curling up on the couch for some Netflix. I would be looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces, has good communication, and can keep the home tidy but lived in. All on top of loving the kitty cat
