Small room in a 3 bedroom apt. Prefer female as we have a child who visits. Unless you are male and can make yourself scarce when she visits. I have 2 ads as I am still figuring out settings haha
Relaxed working couple with a cat, bird, and a few aquatic pets. Tend to keep tidy (lived in but clean) expect the same. We are already parents. We don’t need to pick up after anyone else. No smoking/vaping of any kind in apt. We have a porch for that.
