Hi everyone, I’m looking for a new roommate to take over the master bedroom in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Downtown, Vancouver (near the Burrard bridge and Davie street)

RENT: $1,707.50 WIFI + HYDRO: not included (but we can split and negotiate) IN-SUITE LAUNDRY: ☑️ APARTMENT GYM: ☑️ PARKING: ☑️ NO SMOKING, NO PETS SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY

About the space: You would have the master bedroom which has a walk in closet and its own bathroom.

We’d share a large living space, and the kitchen. There is a solarium room as well if you need office space and a den for more storage. There is also extra storage downstairs in the apartment.

About the area: ✔️Lots of access to bus stops (there’s one right outside the apartment) ✔️Lots of great restaurants nearby ✔️15-20 minute walk to Expo Line ✔️10 minute walk to Canada Line
