Looking for the right person to share a clean, quiet, private two-storey home with the homeowner and two dogs. Just two people will live here.

You must be comfortable around dogs, as they are part of the household and have access to the common areas. If you’re an animal lover who appreciates a peaceful, drama-free home, this could be the perfect fit. My dogs are not good with other animals so unfortunately if you have a cat or dog, it wouldn’t work.

Once you view the property and see what you get you will understand the rent I’m asking is very fair and reasonable. Rent is FIRMLY set. This isn’t just a room, its two private rooms.

What you’ll enjoy: TWO PRIVATE SPACES WITHIN THE HOME.

Private 10’ × 15’ second-floor bedroom with semi walk-in closet. Unfurnished.

Exclusive use of a clean spacious, finished but unfurnished basement rec room as your own private living space. Very comfortable area to set up as you wish.

The Home:

Non-smoking-non-vaping, drug-free environment. Asthma prevents me from dealing with second hand or direct smoke.

Mature, quiet, respectful, no-party, no drama living. Just a normal existence.

Located on a peaceful street in St. Vital (near St. Vital Centre) Close to Home Depot, Sobeys located on major bus routes.

Shared full bathroom upstairs and shared half bath on the main floor. Don’t worry, we won’t be tripping over each other getting to the shower!

I’m in no rush. Finding the right person is paramount to me and that can take some time. The ad may be up awhile before finding the right fit.
