The room is a corner unit and it has an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. All of the windows are floor to ceiling and you have a beautiful view of all of Kitchener. There is a lot of storage space in the unit and there is also a private balcony.

The unit is fully furnished and the room has a queen bed. Ensuite laundry and dishwasher in the unit.

The building has many amenities, including a gym, calisthenics gym, swimming pool and hot tub, terrace, sauna, bowling alley, pool table, pet spa, party room, outdoor BBQ lounge. There is also 24/7 concierge service.

The building is across the street from the 7 bus stop, and a 5 minute walk from Central Station. Parking is available in the building as well at an additional cost.

About the roomies

I will be moving to another city so I am looking to transfer my lease. My roommate is a student at the UW School of Optometry. She has a cat and a small dog, they’re both adorable and very friendly.
