The apartment has beautiful lake views and a peaceful atmosphere, while still being close to everything you need. Private bedroom with shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Underground parking available at extra cost.

I’m a working professional with a hybrid schedule, so I work from home some days and from the office on others. I’m friendly, easygoing and respectful, and I like having a home that feels comfortable, clean and welcoming. I enjoy good conversation and getting to know the people I live with, while also appreciating personal space and quiet time.

I have two indoor cats who are part of the family. I’m hoping to find a mature, responsible and considerate roommate with a similar lifestyle.
