Shared accommodations of the four piece modern newly renovated bathroom. Well stocked kitchen.

Basically I am looking to share my home together in a non partying environment; with a respectable female who is looking for positive good vibes. Plus a clean home with a peaceful atmosphere.

Located in Stoney Creek/ Hamilton close to the new bus go station. Parking if needed; plus the condominium has many lights throughout the property for night walks. Walking distance to the many amenities. Including a close walk to confederation beach Lake Ontario the outdoor wave pool and the newly built recreational center.

• Landlord respects privacy with your proof of working income. *First /Last month rent. Plus a one year minimum stay request (can be negotiated to 6 months).
• Must be pet friendly(dog/cat) having no allergies they are not hypoallergenic pets
