• The room is located on the second floor. It includes a bed, a chair, and a desk.
• The bathroom is shared with 1 person only, who is a female Master’s student in her late 20s.
• All utilities, WiFi internet, and bi-weekly cleaning are included.
• Washer and dryer available in the basement.
• Shared entry, kitchen, and living room on the first floor.

ABOUT THE LOCATION:

• One bus to Downsview Park and Wilson Subway Stations (including the GO Train).
• The bus stop is around the corner.
• Grocery stores, banks, and restaurants are within walking distance or a one-bus-ride away.
• Near York University and Centennial College Downsview Campus.
• Street parking is available (via the City of Toronto).
