Room available in 2 bedroom suite on 4th floor of Northwest apartment. The apartment has everything you need, it is fully furnished except for the bedroom. The apartment has a large kitchen and living area, balcony, in-suite laundry. A bed with brand new mattress can be made available if needed. There is an elevator and parking available for an additional fee.

The apartment complex is within walking distance of the north Walmart, Superstore and many other businesses. There is a gym in easy driving distance also. The building backs a large park with walking paths.

The apartment is currently inhabited by myself and my 2 big dogs. I am a pretty quiet person, who likes movies, news and walking/training my dogs. I do quite a bit of cleaning and would appreciate someone with similar characteristics who will clean up a mess when they see it needs to be done. I value communication and respect.

I tend to keep to myself but don’t mind chatting or hanging out for a movie now and then.
