The home is located in the Hillside neighbourhood, approximately five minutes from downtown Grande Prairie and close to parks, Starbucks, the post office and everyday amenities.

The home is shared with professional adults, including an owner who works from home. Two friendly dogs also live in the home, so you must be comfortable around dogs. 🐾

This home is best suited to someone who works full-time outside the home, values cleanliness and wants a quiet, respectful place to relax after work.

We’re looking for someone who is independent, considerate and comfortable sharing common spaces. Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves, keep shared spaces usable and treat the home and each other with respect.

The home is shared by two professional women. One lives downstairs, while the owner lives upstairs and works professionally from home. We’re friendly and easygoing, but also independent and respectful of each other’s space — there’s no expectation to socialize or “hang out” just because we share a home.

You’ll also be sharing the home with our two girls 🐾 — a sweet 6-year-old pittie and a playful pittie/Belgian Malinois mix who turns one in January 2027. They’re very loved members of the household, so genuinely liking and being comfortable around dogs is a must.

It’s a lived-in, comfortable home where people can relax and be themselves. Working from home doesn’t mean everyone needs to tiptoe around or stay silent — we just appreciate normal consideration, cleanliness and respect for shared spaces.
