Spacious Room in a Bright, Warm Home with Plenty of Storage

The entrance leads through a full laundry room downstairs, with shelving and a second freezer. From there, head up the stairs and along the upstairs walkway into the main living space. The house feels spacious and gets lots of natural light through its many windows.

The large kitchen overlooks the backyard through the window above the sink. It has lots of counter and cabinet space, a pantry with an onion rack, an upgraded oven, a working microwave, and a big fridge with a freezer that makes ice. There are also trays and a huge farmhouse sink with a vegetable sprayer nozzle.

The living room has a fireplace and room for a full couch and chairs. Built-in gas heaters keep the house nice and warm in winter.

The bedroom is cozy, with a mural on one wall, its own heat for winter, a closet with wood shelves, and lots of power outlets. There’s plenty of space for a queen or king bed, plus dressers and desks.

The private bathroom has its own heat, a big vanity, a huge closet for towels and bath supplies, and a large bathtub with two showerheads: a handheld one and a waterfall showerhead.

Outside, there’s a huge shared backyard with a nice deck, space for a garden, and equipment for maintaining the yard.

Meet Your Roommates

You’ll share the home with a friendly, quiet lesbian couple who enjoy gaming and appreciate a peaceful space. They’re happy to chat while also respecting everyone’s time and privacy.

One roommate works shifts of more than 10 hours on a four-days-on, four-days-off schedule. The other works mornings until around 4 or 5 p.m. She’s usually home in the evenings and spends much of her time off in her gaming room.

They have one cat and one bird, and pets are welcome.
