** Be warned, the person renting 9 Cardinal Court attacked me and then filed a false trespass order because I said I was displeased with the conditions and was moving. Had to involve the cops and everything.**

About the roomies

The roommates don’t clean up after themselves, leave dishes all over the entire kitchen completely caked in food, as well as the sink, dishwasher, countertops. The bathrooms are disgusting.

They’ll clean it nice for the showing and then let it all go as soon as you move in. I lasted 3 months and the guy before me lasted 3 months. They’ve had MANY different tenants and will illegally file a trespass order to get you evicted if you don’t like it.
