Hey everyone! I’m Avril, 20years old, from Berlin Germany and just started at McGill. I’m looking to rent out 2 bedrooms in my 5-room apartment and turn it into a chill, fun little roommate situation 🙂 📍 Montreal 💰 $800 CAD/month — utilities, Wi-Fi, electricity, etc. all included 📅 November – March, with the possibility to extend until July 🧺 Dishwasher + dryer in the apartment The apartment is in Rosemount about 35mins away from McGill and UdM with public transport I’m looking for people around 19–23 who are easygoing, social, and generally just good vibes. I’d love for the apartment to feel like a real shared space where we can hang out, have people over, maybe throw a party every once in a while, but also respect each other’s space when needed. Hey I’m Avril 20 years old and just moved here from Vienna, to do a research year at McGill. I was born and raised in Berlin, Germany (thus I speak german) but went to an international school, which is why I speak english and a bit of french too. I moved to Vienna when I was 18 because I wanted to explore a bit more of the world and did the same thing again when moving to Montreal. I study mechanical engineering, because of my love of stem (and my inability to draw (I really wanted to be an architect)). I am outgoing, very social (but do need to recharge my social battery every once in a while in my alone time) and love listening to people and finding out new things. I would love for you to become my roommate and hope for us to have a fun time together!!
