About the room

I am considering clearing out the second bedroom/den and looking for a roommate come January in my downtown apartment. I love living here, and would rather share the space with someone (someone cool) than downsize to a 1 bed since I am not home enough for that to make sense! The building has incredible amenities like gym, yoga room, movie theatre etc… I have an old ragdoll cat who mostly sleeps/likes ambient attention.
