Private bedroom with ensuite bathroom available in Dartmouth, NS. The bedroom is on the lower level and gets plenty of sunlight. We’re a 10-minute drive from downtown Halifax and a 15-minute drive from Dalhousie University! Albro Lake is about a 5-minute walk away and is beautiful to visit year-round. The grocery store, gas station, and pharmacy are all within walking distance and less than 3 minutes by car. The closest bus stop is 200m down the street.

We’re Kat (24) and Bailey (26), and we’re looking for a fun, respectful, and communicative roommate! Ideally, we’re looking for a woman in the 20 to 35-year-old range who’s extroverted and interested in being social. We like movie nights, spa nights, wine nights, or just chatting. We do still enjoy our own space, but most days we spend time together after work/school.

Kat is in her third year of journalism at the University of King’s College, and enjoys scuba diving, skiing and spending time in nature. Bailey works full-time in the service industry and loves playing guitar and singing. We’re both huge movie buffs!

The house is our home, so we hope everyone treats it with respect, which means keeping the common space tidy for everyone to use. We hope whoever moves in will want to be part of our little friend group! We’re looking for a roommate who enjoys spending time with the people they live with, not someone who plans to spend all their time in their room.
