All utilities and high-speed internet are included. The Room & Home: • Bright private bedroom furnished with a comfortable bed, ample closet storage, and space for a work/study desk setup (desk can be provided if needed). • Dedicated private ensuite full bathroom (no shared washrooms). • Shared access to modern open-concept main floor: fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, furnished living room, and in-suite laundry. The Area & Commute: • Located in a quiet, well-maintained residential enclave right off Southdown Rd in Clarkson. • Excellent transit connectivity: A 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk to Clarkson GO Station, with direct trains reaching downtown Toronto (Union Station). • Immediate access to the QEW and Lakeshore Rd; walking distance to Metro, Canadian Tire, pharmacies, cafes, and local amenities. • Single occupancy only. You will be sharing the home with a clean, low-key male working professional (engineer) and two quiet, well-behaved indoor cats. The household runs on a structured, peaceful routine—calm and relaxing on weeknights, clean-as-you-go in the kitchen, and very respectful of personal space and downtime. My partner lives in Ohio and visits occasionally during downtime, keeping the atmosphere relaxed and low-traffic.
