This is a dedicated female student accommodation in a bright, clean and friendly family house in Banff Trail NW. It is within a 25 min walk to the University of Calgary (UofC) and Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). It has excellent transit (3 bus stops within 1-3 minutes from the house) and C-train (2 stations within a 10-15 minute walk) service to the UofC/SAIT/shopping areas and includes free street parking if you own a vehicle.

The bedroom is on the smaller side, it has hardwood floors, a large window and comes furnished with blinds & curtains, a twin bed, dresser, large closet, desk and chair, a study lamp, mirror and a mini fridge. Bedding can be provided at no extra charge. Laundry facilities are free and shared with the downstairs tenants. Internet access is included as well as kitchenware and space in the cupboards. You are responsible for providing all of your own food, toiletries and other living supplies.

There is NO smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs, pets, loud music/TV, overnight guests or parties allowed at the house and this is strictly enforced. You are expected to keep your room clean and contribute to cleaning the common areas. I will consider accepting a confirmed student with proof of income and student enrolment.

We have hosted international post secondary students for over 10 years, many from the UofC ESL homestay program and we really enjoy providing a safe, peaceful, fun and family friendly environment.

This 4 bedroom unit (top floor of a house) is shared with 3 females (me and my 2 high school aged daughters) and a friendly pet rabbit. The kitchen, single bathroom and dining area/living room are shared spaces. The living room includes a TV that you can use/share with us. We often enjoy movie nights and you are always welcome to join us!
