The apartment has a shared living area, kitchen, and bathroom. Laundry is located on the main level.

The Room: On the fifth floor, its window faces west and is fully furnished with a desk, chair, closet, lamp and a comfy full sized bed.

Only clean and tidy people, no Smoking or perfume in the house and no overnight guests or parties.

This would be a great fit for a working professional, graduate student, visiting professional, newcomer to Toronto, contract worker, or someone looking for a comfortable furnished home without committing to a full-year lease.
