One of the rooms in our apartment is becoming available, and we’re looking for a third roommate to join us! ✨

We are an 8-minute walk from Atwater metro station, a 15-minute walk from Georges-Vanier metro station, and just 5–10 minutes away from shops.

The apartment and residence offer a great range of amenities, including:

🏋️ Gym in the building 🏊 Indoor pool + outdoor pool in the summer 🧖 Spa 🌿 Outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days 🛋️ Study/work room 🔐 Secure residence, including package reception and security

⚠️ The room is unfurnished. Also this is a sublet from october 1st to june 30rd with a possibility of renewal.

Nous sommes à 8 minutes à pied du métro Atwater, à 15 minutes du métro Georges-Vanier, et à seulement 5 à 10 minutes à pied des commerces.
