LGBTQ+ family home where all you will have to share is the kitchen & laundry. Full sized fridge provided, as well as the 2 rooms and your own bathroom. Suitable for a single or a couple. Kitchen features a beautiful island and a gas range.

The house is clean and quiet, so we are looking for someone(s) that would mesh with that environment.

There is room for a motorcycle in the garage if that happens to be something you have. Plenty of street parking and 2 bus routes only 2 blocks away that will take you to either the North Bus Terminal, Foothills Hospital, or to Sage Hill. Close to anything you might need within a few minutes drive & 3 minutes away from Stoney Trail.

Bathroom has a full size tub and shower, along with all the usual washroom amenities. Bonus room faces the street and extends the entire width of the home. Bedroom will fit up to a queen size bed and has a full size closet.

Utiliities and internet extra, but only your share Sorry, we don’t have cable.

Cat negotiable, but our small dog does not get along well with others so sadly we cannot allow another dog.

Smoking is not permitted in the home but we do have a backyard where smoking is permitted.

We do have a full size mattress if you need it. We would also be willing to help you find furnishings at a reasonable cost if you are just starting out.

LGBTQ+ Family home. I am a single mother of an LGBTQ+ adult child. We live in the home along with her girlfriend, and our small dog and cat. We are very quiet and mostly keep to ourselves. We sometimes keep strange hours but you would never know it by noise. Our dog can be a bit noisy at first, but settles in well once she gets to know you. Our cat is loving and talkative.
