About the room

Large furnished bedroom in a finished basement with your own bathroom and laundry right beside you. There is also a large movie room and gym equipment available downstairs. All utilities included. There is lots of parking and we have a large, fully fenced back yard with a firepit. We live in a mature neighborhood on the edge of town with great views and big trees. We are about 5 minutes to Burman University.

We are a busy family of 3 with 2 cats and one dog. You would have to be okay with a hilarious 5 year old and a few pets to survive here.
