Looking for a clean, quiet and affordable place in Edmonton. I’m looking for a private bedroom, preferably with a private bathroom. I’m hoping to find a place around North Edmonton, Manning, Clareview, 155 Avenue or nearby areas. My budget is around $700/month, preferably all utilities included. I have one friendly cat, so the property needs to be pet-friendly.
