I’m opening my spacious, fully furnished North Burlington home to one professional housemate looking for a comfortable, longer-term place to genuinely call home.

My preference is another professional woman, although I’m open to the right male housemate where there’s a great fit.

This is much more than renting a bedroom. You’ll have a choice of two private bedrooms plus a furnished den primarily for your use, along with shared use of a comfortable 4-bedroom home, spacious kitchen and living areas, backyard, laundry and driveway parking.

One bedroom is fully furnished. The second offers more flexibility if you’d prefer to bring some of your own furniture and make the space your own. The den is also flexible depending on how you’d like to use it.

$1,600/month including high-speed internet and a generous utility allowance.

I split my time seasonally, so the arrangement can also offer periods of additional privacy throughout the year.

I’m ideally looking for someone who is financially stable, employed primarily outside the home, clean, considerate and independent. Someone whose work, family or lifestyle gives them a reason to make Burlington home would be particularly well suited.

I work primarily from home when I’m here, so someone who generally heads out to work during the day would likely create the best balance. Some hybrid work is completely understandable.

I’m friendly and enjoy getting to know the person I live with, but I’m also very independent. I’m hoping to find someone with their own work, friends, interests and routines who appreciates a peaceful home, friendly connection and personal space.

Minimum commitment through June 2027, with longer-term preferred.

Single occupancy. One well-behaved pet may be considered.
