  • 1 bedroom available in a 3 bed 1 bath apartment - you would be getting the biggest room in the house!
  • private room but rest of the house is a shared space
  • the house has a huge backyard and a balcony too. Plenty of storage, including a garage if you’d like to store bigger items
  • all utilities included
  • free internet and driveway parking
  • 10 min walk to heron station and 2 min bus ride to carleton university. 20 min walk to mooney’s bay. 10 min walk to billings bridge and no frills
  • no AC but there is one portable AC unit in the house
  • shoppers, tim hortons, farm boy, canadian tire and a lot of other places close by!
  • female students preferred

About the roomies

2 carleton university students. One is in her fourth year and the other is a master’s student - 22 and 24 years old. Great neighbourhood to live in - I’ve been here for 4 years, just looking to move into a place of my own now!
