ROOMMATE WANTED Welcome to our charming historic apartment on Notre-Dame Street at the Griffintown and Little-Burgundy border! We’re seeking a roommate starting November 1st, 2026, through June 30th, 2027, with the potential for extending indefinitely. End dates are flexible.

The Room:

• Furnished with a double bed and a nightstand; a bookshelf for storage. Can be rented furnished or unfurnished.
• Features a large closet, tall ceilings with heritage trim, and one large window offering plenty of natural light.
• Access to a shared workspace on the main floor (desk, monitor setup available).

The Apartment:

• Spread across two floors of a historic building.
• First floor: Large living room, open-concept kitchen and dining room, small powder room, and backroom storage.
• Terrace: BBQ and seating, perfect for small gardening in the summer.
• Second floor: 3 bedrooms, one powder room, and a spacious bathroom with a deep tub/shower.
• Original heritage elements: Exposed brick wall, grand staircase, and large windows.
• No pets allowed.

Utilities:

• Hydro and Internet are extra. Appx: $75 per month total
