The basement suite has been recently renovated with private new kitchen, good size bedroom plus den Separate entrance. Private shower. Shared bathroom with 1 male homeowner (rarely used). Shared Laundry. Lots of privacy. Nice unit. Furnished.

The $1350 includes exclusive use of the furnished basement suite. Access to main floor is not included. Access to the backyard is not included.
