The upstairs of the house will be your basically. I have a bedroom up there but just sleep there. You have 2 full rooms to yourself and your own bathroom all on the same floor. There is lots of space in the undeveloped basement including a large art space. I have just last month replaced the hood fan, stove, counter stove, dishwasher and fridge and microwave so all new appliances. There is a dog door that leads to the backyard and the house is dog friendly to medium or smaller dogs that are good around other dogs. My dog is a sweetheart collie cross that is very well-behaved. Parking in garage, very fast internet (100mbps). Large fenced backyard with fenced garden and patio.

I teach at SAIT. I enjoy the odd boardgame and video games. I disc golf, walk and swim a lot. I am very independent and enjoy a friendly roommate but I keep to myself a lot. Cannabis is smoked but not cigarettes so you need to be ok with that :) I am a very clean person and quiet. My history is that I used to bartend and lead 40-day tours in Thailand where I also lived for 2 years teaching at an orphanage and a university. I have a Masters degree in international tourism. I am well-travelled and well-read if anyone cares lol.
