💰 $700/month, all-inclusive: heating, AC, electricity, hot water and high-speed Internet.

🛏️ The room: furnished (bed, large closet and storage space). A desk or dresser can be added if needed.

🏠 The home: fully equipped shared kitchen, living room with TV, modern shared bathroom (glass shower), washer and dryer in the basement right next door.

📅 Term: sublet of about 6 months (October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027), renewable month-to-month afterwards. Simple written agreement with 60 days’ notice.

📌 Good to know:

• A cat already lives in the house — no other pets accepted
• Smokers welcome, but outdoors only
• Parking available but not included
• Private entrance: no need to go through the main house
