Room available on the top floor of a fourplex in NE Calgary. Two female roommates currently live here. The home is close to public transit and is pet-friendly (cat).

We’re preferably looking for a female roommate, but would consider a male applicant with the right references. Queer friendly!!

We’re looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and values a quiet, peaceful home. We’re both pretty independent and keep to ourselves, so we prefer a household without frequent visitors or a lot of coming and going.

We’ve both lived here long-term and have had a phenomenal experience with our landlord, so we’re genuinely sad to have to list the room! We’re hoping to find someone who is similarly minded and will enjoy the home as much as we have.

Damage deposit is $600 and to start would be 3 month lease and consider a year after we ensure you’re the right fit !!

We’re two full-time working professionals who have lived in the home for quite some time and really value having a comfortable, peaceful place to come home to.

We’re both friendly, respectful, and independent. We’re generally home in the evenings after work, but we mostly enjoy relaxing in our own rooms, so the house tends to be quiet and low-key. We’re gamers, enjoy our downtime, and are 420-friendly!

We keep shared spaces clean, respect each other’s privacy and belongings, and are looking for someone who appreciates the same kind of relaxed, respectful household !!
