1018 sqft suite, two bedrooms which are both occupied.

Depending on your spacial needs we will either convert the living room into a third bedroom as we’ve done previously (it’s closed off), or use the storage room as a bedroom. It works better than you’d think.

Building is in a very busable area, close access to the following routes: F6, D19, D16, BLUE, FX3, D14/15.

Generally feels like living in an antique shop. Original mouldings and ornate wood work, hardwood floors, ornate fireplace, 9 foot 6 inch ceilings, claw foot bath tub. Soundproof floors, walls and ceiling.

We are Edith (20) and Thea (19), both women. We are Computer Science students at the UofM and we are looking for someone friendly and communicative who we can get along and ideally be friends with.

We also want someone reasonably responsible who doesn’t need to be pestered to do tasks and is good at cleaning up after themselves.

Thea has a cat named Sheva, she is a black cat and about a year old. She’s very friendly and affectionate.
