We live on a quiet circle street with a lovely park right out front. The basement is spacious and large enough to create both a bedroom and comfortable living area. It does need a little love and personalization, but once set up it could be a really cozy private space.

You would have a private bathroom on the first floor, and we would share the kitchen. You’ll have your own designated space in the fridge and a cupboard for groceries and kitchen items. I’m looking for someone who wants a calm, comfortable home rather than a busy party environment.

I’m a single mom and my kids are with me half the time. Our home is pretty quiet and relaxed. I’m very independent, enjoy my own space, don’t drink, and don’t host parties.

We also have dogs Maxi who stays full time and Lucy who follows the kids schedules. I’m looking for someone respectful, kind and fairly independent who is comfortable living in a family home with pets. I’m happy to chat and be friendly, but neither of us needs to feel obligated to socialize all the time.
