Hi, this beautiful room has a stunning waterfront view with a five minute walk to lakefront park/beach/boardwalk, and a seven minute walk to King St. West for shopping, amenities, cafe’s, libraries and streetcar to Bloor or University stations, in fifteen minutes . The room is a large, cozy, bright space with modern furnishings to suit a busy student or urban professional. It’s a quiet eight story building, that is clean, safe, bug free and friendly tenants with laundry in the building and live-in building management, on first floor.
