I’m taking once last chance trying to find a roommate to share my 3bd 2bth 2 story condo that backs onto a ground level train platform in the NE.

It is an absolutely huge space and lots of room to live without feeling like you’re on top of each other or in each others face all the time.

If I don’t find somebody immediately, I’m going to have to move myself which I am trying to avoid. I cant carry the house by myself.

Rent includes utilities and fibre internet, so while $1,250 may seem high, if you do the math for splitting an upper with anyone (at half the space) its really reasonable. I have very limited leeway on the price but please reach out if your budget is close.

I’m looking for true roommates, you have a say in everything in the home, décor, set-up, etc. not just feeling stuck in a single bedroom in someone else’s house.

Its a really great area, lots of old growth trees, surrounded by park space so its not crowded.

You would have a bedroom with a walk-in closet ( furnished or not, single bed currently has brand new mattress), your own full bathroom with large glass shower, and your own full sized fridge.

The third bedroom is currently used as an office which can be shared (there is currently an extra desk that can stay or go), or I am open to reconsidering what to do with the space.

Designated powered parking spot right out the front door, or minutes walk to train and several busses.

The house was fully renovated before I moved in, top of the line appliances, higher end fixtures, with tons of natural daylight but also you will never find a dim room in this house thanks to pot lots in all ceilings.

I am willing to consider a couple for a slightly adjusted rent amount.

I will also consider a parent with a pre-teen or older kid.

I can consider two students again for adjusted rent each.

People receiving social assistance, disability supports etc are welcome.

I’m a mid 40s F, single no kids, who is very outgoing, dynamic, and friendly with everyone.

I’ve lived with people of all genders and ages, 20’s and 70s doesn’t matter to me. I am always eager to meet new people and learn about their life experiences.

I enjoy entertaining and am hoping to start hosting game nights.

I have a senior great dane service dog so you must be comfortable with very large canines. I cannot consider any additional dogs at this time, too many people with poorly trained animals ruin it for everyone.

I am clean, responsible, respectful of other peoples space and belongings, and I am looking for somebody with the same qualities.

If you leave a hurricane in your wake, and dishes until they mold you would not be a good fit here. Keeping the home reasonably clean and peaceful is important to me.
