Leaseholder: Managed directly by a long-term primary resident (7+ years in the building).

Shared Bathroom: Shared with only 1 other person (weekly cleaning rotation).

Shared Kitchen: Shared fridge/freezer, stove, kitchen table, and cookware. Dedicated shelf space provided.

Building Amenities & Resort Perks Fitness & Leisure: Indoor Pool, Gym, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Library Lounge, Billiards Room, and Home Theatre.

On-Site Convenience: Laundromat, Convenience Store (Dépanneur), Pharmacy, Clinic, Salon, and Tailor inside the complex.

Rules: No smoking (indoors or on balcony). No home-based client businesses. Must follow basic “clean-as-you-go” house guidelines for shared areas.

Pets: Generally no pets (some exceptions may apply; must be clean & pets well trained).

Move-In Key Costs: $40 for Fob (grey key - what you need to access facilities or enter building) & House Key (building charges me for the keys)

Personal Supplies: Renter provides personal toiletries and bedroom cleaning items.

Background Check & Agreement (First month’s rent + signed roommate agreement secures the space)

I am the leaseholder living here since 2019, I am a woman, 47 years young, vaccinated, self-employed, multi-disciplinary artist. ADHD

The other roommate is a gentle, quiet, safe, mature scientist from Brazil here on a research project.

Ideal Roommate: Mature, clean, and responsible (open to all genders, though preference for a woman). Ideally seeking someone between 20 and 50 who fits a vibrant, active but introverted, non-collective household.

House Culture & Vibe:

Active yet respectful: This isn’t a silent monastery—it’s a living space where we actually live! I am introverted and keep things reasonable, but I enjoy watching films before bed, doing chores with music on, and having my lover over occasionally (with quiet music to help mask sex sounds).

Flexibility is key: We respect each other’s schedules, use earplugs if sensitive to standard living sounds, and maintain a friendly, relaxed home atmosphere.

Compatibility: Anyone comfortable with a normal, active adult routine will feel right at home here
