💴 Rent is ~$975/mo plus internet (~$33/mo) & hydro is split 3 ways.

Accessibility: The entrance to the house has 4-5 steps to the front door. The main floor of our apartment is on the 2nd floor, the bedroom available for rent is on the 3rd floor (1-2 full flights of stairs to access).

🌳 Close to bus stops and walkable to The Junction & High Park. Parking not included but street parking is available for a reasonable rate.

👋🏼 Hi there! We are looking for a third roommate!

Woman/femme/LGBTQIA2S+ preferred. Late 20s-30s friendly, quiet, and clean would be the best fit for our household.

Our one roommate has been here for almost 7 years and the other, for 2. We’re sad to see Alex go but are excited for her upcoming adventures! Ideally our next roommate will be another great fit in our clean & quiet home.

We are a friendly, clean, quiet and chill household, we respect each other’s time and space but have also done some brunch and thrifting, etc. activities together!

🐕 We rescued a ridiculously cute and silly puppy from Texas named Lonestar this past December so having someone who doesn’t mind dogs is ideal. He is house trained and is a very sweet and good boy - he is sometimes shy around new people but with a few treats you can win him over. He sleeps in the other upstairs bedroom and generally sticks to his Mom’s side but when she is out he is happy to snuggle up on the couch or his bed. We can guarantee lots of laughs and cuteness with Lonnie.

The layout of the apartment is unique - the open-concept kitchen and common living room is on the second floor, along with the laundry in one washroom. Then up a second flight of stairs is the available south-facing bedroom and the bathroom that is shared with one other roommate (and Lonestar) on the third floor.

We have a good-sized common area living room that is fully furnished with a couch and a shared TV. The kitchen is fully equipped.

We take a cycled approach to cleaning - each takes a turn doing the deep clean of the common areas once every 3 weeks and upstairs we do alternating weeks for the shared bathroom - it takes a few hours max and we’ve found it’s the best way to ensure that our space stays clean and tidy and everyone is a part of that! Throughout the week we keep the shared spaces really tidy.

We communicate through a group chat for heads up/reminders/sharing photos of Lonestar, relevant and hilarious GIFs, etc.
