About the room

Beautiful 4 bedroom house in Evanston NW within walking distance of stores, restaurants and other amenities. Property backs on to the Nose Creek pathway, quiet neighbourhood of mostly families and friendly neighbours. Close to transit (503 downtown express and 124 north pointe bus within a few minutes walk). Backyard is shared with basement tenant. Street parking however garage parking can be arranged for a motorcycle.

About the roomies

Two guys 26 and 34, working in construction/mining industries. One of us works a 4/4 schedule and the other works a regular monday-friday and home every night. Basement is rented separately, very friendly older lady (65) lives downstairs.
