You’ll share a modern kitchen and bathroom with me, plus a lovely balcony with flowers, seating, and beautiful city views—a great spot to unwind after work or school.

The location is incredibly convenient: across from the Eaton Centre, steps from Queen subway station, and within walking distance of Toronto Metropolitan University, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and entertainment. It’s a great home base for a student or working professional who enjoys city life.

The den is available now for $1,100 per month. I currently stay in the main bedroom, but I’m open to discussing a room swap in the future. If you move into the main bedroom, your rent would be $1,600 per month.
